Equipment Description:

MG 37 Capsule Filler (Size 2 Tooling)

Continuous rotary motion capsule filling machine. Suitable for the filling of hard gelatine capsules of all kinds, with powders, pellets, pressed material, in the format range from 00 to 5.

The machine is complete with powder dosing unit, electric engines, vacuum pump, industrial extractor fans, safety devices, dust and accident prevention hood complete with safety microswitches and a capsule presence controlling photocell sensor.

  • Continuous motion mechanism. Fills capsules with products in powder, pellets, pressed material and also products of the following material combinations: powder/compressed material, pellets/compressed.
  • Production rate can be varied up to 100,000 capsules/hr
