Equipment Description:

DESCRIPTION:

G37, Continuous rotary motion capsule filling machine. Suitable for the filling of hard gelatine capsules of all kinds, with powders, pellets, pressed material, in the format range from 000 to 5.

The machine is complete with powder dosing unit, electric engines, vacuum pump, industrial extractor fans, safety devices, dust and accident prevention hood complete with safety microswitches and a capsule presence controlling photocell sensor.



SECTORS OF USE:

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices.



MAIN FEATURES:

Continuous motion mechanism. Fills capsules with products in powder, pellets, pressed material and also products of the following material combinations: powder / compressed material, pellets / compressed.

Maximum producing capacity 100.000 capsules/hour, that can be reduced by a continuous speed converter.

All control and function buttons are collected on a switchboard that can be moved away from the machine itself, or can be even placed in another room.

The Capsule Filler system includes a capsules sorter, a polishing and inspecting capsules machine and a capsules feeder.

G 37 is made in stainless steel, including all contact parts.

Quick and secure change, assembly and disassembly of pieces when changing format, or for maintenance reasons.

The G 37 is equipe with a security and noise-absorbing hood with automatic shutdown devices on the doors.
