1 Used MGS HCM-750, Serial #5950, Auto load continuous motion horizontal cartoner with the following specs. Stainless steal construction with interlocking Lexan guards. Extended 5' belt driven carton feed hopper w/ 4 head rotary vacuum carton feeder. Two (2) 4 head MGS rotary leaflet feeders mounted over carton bucket infeed conveyor with extended 5' hoppers. Place leaflets in bucket BEFORE product (which lies on top of leaflets). These feeders are currently installed on the infeed conveyor and driven by the cartoner. 1998 machine with Allan Bradley Panel-view controls on 180 degree swing arm. Adjustable 3 lug carton transport on 7.5" centers. Current approximate carton size is 2.375" x 2.375" x 3.25". Automatic Barrel cam product loader on Thompson type bearings. Dual lane bottle infeed conveyor and knockdown set at 180 degrees. Hot melt sealed end style closing with 1.5" wide compression belt takeaway. Moveable glue head mounting for higher speed running. Machine brochure is available upon request. Reconditioned Nordson 3400 series is availabe for $3500 extra. Additional pictures upon request. Electrical - 480v, 3 phase, 50 amps (includes hot melt glue system amp load). Fully automatic system with all the extras, came from one of the Big 5 International Pharmaceutical companies. Skidding and loading will cost $500 extra. This machine is on 2 skids that need to be repaired.
