Equipment Description:

Master Machinery, 210Kg SWL, Vertical Swivelling Column Barrel Lifter, Electrically powered + Funnel

The unit is mounted on a Floor footed to Ceiling bracketed 5.75m high 4.5" diameter swivelling column, fitted with a top mounted Electric motor chain lifting hoist, which lifts the Stainless Steel 600mm diameter x 680mm high drums, filled with the blended Incocid pellet / powder mixture, in its manually screw clamped barrel clamps, complete with attached barrel emptying funnel, to above the MG 2 Capsule filling Machine hopper, where the barrel is emptied, by upending the barrel using the manually operated barrel clamp swivel gearbox handwheel.

For added control of product emtying the attached drum discharge funnel, Tag No 11139190, which measures 600-150mm diameter x 600mm long, is fitted with a manual 150mm gate valve.
