Equipment Description:

Master Machinery, 210Kg SWL, Vertical Swivelling Column Barrel Lifter, Electrically powered + Funnel
  • The unit is mounted on a Floor footed to Ceiling bracketed 5.75m high 4.5" diameter swivelling column, fitted with a top mounted Electric motor chain lifting hoist, which lifts the Stainless Steel 600mm diameter x 680mm high drums, filled with the blended Incocid pellet / powder mixture, in its manually screw clamped barrel clamps, complete with attached barrel emptying funnel, to above the MG 2 Capsule filling Machine hopper, where the barrel is emptied, by upending the barrel using the manually operated barrel clamp swivel gearbox handwheel.
  • For added control of product emtying the attached drum discharge funnel, Tag No 11139190, which measures 600-150mm diameter x 600mm long, is fitted with a manual 150mm gate valve.
