Equipment Description:

Mastermix Vertical Lifting Head Hi Speed Turbine 250 Litre Drum Mixer

The 500mm long Mixer spindle head is fitted with a screw on 280mm diameter Turbine Mixing Disc head

The Mixer Lifting head is fitted with a S/s Drum Cover, through which passes the central Mixer spindle drive shaft. Either side of this drive shaft is fitted a 80mm diameter screwed Inlet, a 50mm diameter Minor Ingeredients Inlet Cone, and in front a 300 x 150mm wide safety grilled Major Ingredients Inlet.

The Mixer Head can be lifted 1050mm clear of the floor, to allow the 1m high x 250 Litre Drum to be mixed to be placed under it, and strapped with the pneumatic drum clamping system, prior to the lowering of the Mixer Head into the drum, for the mixing operation to begin.

The Mixer turbine can operate at speeds between 600 - 14,000 RPM.
