Pago S2 E2 Sensitive Double headed Horizontal Pressure Sensitive 140 Bottles per minute Labeller, CE Rated
This mechanical cam driven double sided horizontal labeller is capable of labelling bottles sized from 125 - 400ml at a rate of upto 140 / minute
The Labeller is fitted with 2 off Pago (SIG) 6D75/150L Horizontal Pressure Sensitive Labellers, each capable of handling reels of labels 100-150mm high x upto 400mm in diameter, having a core diameter of 95mm.
The bottles having been previously removed from their transfer pucks, are fed into the Labeller via the side guided 970mm high x 65mm wide slat Infeed conveyor, prior to then transferring under under one of the 9 off vertically clamping Rotary bottle clamping heads arranged around the 800mm diameter turntable, which passes / positions the bottles in front of each of the horizontal labelling heads, so that both sides of the bottle are labelled, prior to the labelled bottle being automatically discharged onto the 970mm high x 65mm wide side guided Discharge slat conveyor.
The machine is controlled from a cantilever supported Operator Control Panel fitted with a Siemens OP17 Panelview unit, which is linked to the Side mounted main Control Panel which is fitted with a Siemens S7-300 PLC control unit.
The Machine is clad in S/s and fitted with hinged clear macralon interlocked access doors.
The machine is supplied Spareparts, and OEM Instruction Manuals and Drawings.
