Equipment Description:

Item 1, Paratran Travtec Stainless steel framed clear macralon guarded 100 Lotion Bottles per minute De-pucker unit, CE Rated

Used for removing the lotion bottles from the transfer puck units, and passing the suspended bottles in front of an ink jet date coding machine.

The The De-pucking conveyor is 1500mm long, and its bottle neck grip width can be manually adjusted by handwheel fitted with a dial indicator from 0 to 140mm apart, and the height of the de-pucker conveyor can be also manually adjusted by handwheel fitted with a dial indicator from a height from the ground of 970 to 1080mm high.

The 2 off De-pucker gripper belts are each driven by a dedicated overhead variable speed drive unit, and these are covered by a common overhead clear macralon cover guard.
Item 2, Stand alone pedestal mounted manual Operator control panel, measures 300 x 250 x 800mm high.
