  • Basic information on the vessels is as follows
  • Filtration of a suspension of peptide/proteins without agglomeration throughout the filtration process. The peptide/protein particles are always amorphous and therefore they normally show a high tendency of agglomeration in the filtration process leading to a viscous layer with slows down or blocks the filtration process. Agglomeration is avoided by the special design of the stirrer and the continuous stirring
  • Removal of any unwanted salt from the dissolution process and organic solvents which inhibits the possibility to lyophilise the suspension
  • The filtration units can be connected to other mobile vessels (also available on request) to ensure a full aseptic process
  • Each unit has a capacity of about 120 liters and using all six modules batches of 50.000 – 70.000 units (vials) may be achieved
  • All relevant GMP certificates available for the vessels
