Equipment Description:

  • Dome Top with Lightnin Agitator , Mounted on Casters
  • There was no planned maintenance activities assigned to the 300L storage tank T-1101B or attached agitator
  • No history of corrective maintenance performed on this vessel
  • Tank is fairly basic and therefore there are not detailed manuals except for perhaps the agitator
  • The vessel was cleaned following shutdown: The steps include >3 minute DIW rinse, >15 minute cleaning with CIP150, second DIW rinse for >3 minutes, and lastly >1 minute WFI rinse.
  • This vessel was not used often by Manufacturing and based on history is assumed to be in good working condition.
