    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Wrigley - Chattanooga , and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Wrigley - Chattanooga
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
