Ronchi Automatic Bottle Re orientation Machine rated at 100 Bottles per minute, CE Rated
  • This Ronchi Automatic Bottle Re orientation Machine is fitted with 8 overhead re-orientation heads mounted around a 800mm PCD turntable, and was used on Production Line LO12 to re-orientate the 150 - 500ml Plastic Lotion bottles, so that the labels could be applied to the opposite face of the bottle.
  • The machine is fitted with an overhead guarded 1100mm long x 950mm high x 65mm wide slat conveyor Infeed system, and a overhead guarded 800mm long x 950mm high x 65mm wide slat conveyor Discharge system
  • The S/s framed machine is fully guarded, and fitted with interlocked hinged clear macralon guarding systems.
  • The Machine is controlled from a overhead swinging cantilever supported Operator Control Panel fitted with an Allen Bradley Panelview 550 unit, which is controlled from the side mounted S/s Main Panel containing the Allen Bradley PLC, and Omron Inverter controls.
  • The Machine requires a 400 volt 3 phase 50Hz 4 Kw Power Supply, and a 6 Bar Compressed Air Supply to operate.
  • The machine is supplied with original OEM Instruction Manuals and drawings
