  • Unused since rebuild
  • Rebuild cost was $175,000

  • Size: 3.0 square meters
  • 800 gallons slurry capacity
  • Nominal cake volume is 386 gallons
  • Internal and jacket operating rating is 50 psig @ 212 degrees F
  • Includes agitator that can be varied from 6-52 rpm driven by a 20 hp motor
  • Agitator is non heated and "S" curved

  • Discharges out the side port that has an OD of 78"
  • Shaft seals have lip seals and teflon bushings
  • Filter is nitrogen purged
  • Stuffing box packing material is Kevlar
  • O-rings are teflon encapsulated viton
  • Includes wash spray ring

    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Isochem Incorporated - Lockport, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Isochem Incorporated - Lockport
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
