Skerman SK4 316L Stainless Steel Vertical 600 Litre Jkd Stirred and Bottom Homogenised Mixing Vessel
Item 1, The Mezzanine mounted 600 Litre Vertical S/s jacketted vessel has been Tested to 2.5 Bar pressure, and has a domed top through which passes the central multi-bladed stirrer / internal vessel wall scraper mixer drive, surrounded by 2 x 80mm, 1 x 50mm, 1 x 35mm, 2 x 25mm diameter Inlets, plus a 150mm diameter Inspection Window with Wiper and lamp, and a 250mm diameter clamped and interlocked Inspection Hatch, fitted with central 100mm diameter viewing window.
The Vessel sides are jacketed and lagged with 50mm thick lagging which is S/s clad. The jacket has a Design Pressure rating of Full Vacuum to + 5 Bar, Test Pressure = 7.5 Bar.
The side of the vessel is supported from the surrounding Mezzanine floor by 3 support Lugs.
The domed S/s base of the Vessel is fitted with a Silverson BE 425 Hi Shear Homogenising Mixer unit, a central 80mm diameter manually flush fitting poppet valved outlet, 1.32m high, a 250mm diameter bolted and interlocked discharge hatch, and a low level probe.
Item 2, Wall Mounted S/s Control Panel, measures 800 x 300 x 1400mm high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
