    3. You will need to submit an insurance certificate which reflects certain insurance information outlined below:
    1. Insurance Certificate in name of buyer; buyer is an end user
    2. General/product liability meets limits required for assets being purchased
    3. Worker’s compensation liability meets required limit
    4. It is agreed that JJSI, Merck - MMD - Mexico City (MSD) and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
    5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Merck - MMD - Mexico City (MSD) , and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
    6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
    7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Merck - MMD - Mexico City (MSD)
    8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
