Equipment Description:

Stekko 316L Stainless steel 3750 Litre 80 degrees C Hot Water Jacketed Gelatine Mixer Melter Vessel, No 2
  • Item 1, The Gelatine Melter / Blender unit is fiited with an angled Flat top, fitted with a central Gate Stirrer Mixer Drive shaft, which is driven by the Overhead mounted Drive unit. Behind this drive shaft is the 120mm diameter coned powdered Gelatine Inlet, automatically fed on demand from the overhead S/s Weigh hopper. Also around the front of this Angled Flat vessel top are mounted; 1 x 50mm diameter vacuum gauge Inlet, 2 x 35mm Liquid Ingredient Inlets, and a pneumatically assisted 400 x 300mm safety grilled, hinged, interlocked Inspection Door, complete with fitted 120mm diameter Inspection window.
  • The Gelatine Melter / Blender unit is supported on 3 side lugs from the surrounding Mezzanine floor. Its domed bottom is fitted with a central 80mm quick release coupling Outlet, at a height of 1.05m above the lower Drum mounted floor scales.
  • This Gelatine Melter / Blender unit measures 2.15 x 1.8 x 4.05m high, and weighs approx 6000 Kgs
  • Item 2, Ground Floor mounted shared Control Panels for 2 off Gelatine Melter / Blender units, No's 1 & 2, Listing No's 283259, and 283260. These 2 off wardrobe style panels measure 1.13 x 0.65 x 2.05m high, and weigh approx 400 Kgs.
  • Item 3, Hot Water Jacket wall mounted Control Panel, measures 0.3 x 0.2 x 0.4m high, and weighs approx 100 Kgs.
