Equipment Description:

  • SpeedVac System SPD111V Concentrator Centrifuge and the Universal Vacuum System UVS400.
  • Features of the SPD111V includes:
  • Deep aluminum TEFLON® coated chamber that can accommodates deep-well plates; built in automatic bleeder valve; variable drying rate; connector for vacuum source; time/temperature display with membrane touch pad switches; safety cover-lock; manual/auto timed run.
  • The centrifuge is sold with the rotor shown in the pictures, but many different rotors are available from Thermo Fisher or independent sellers.
  • The Universal Vacuum System UVS400 combines an oil-free maintenance-free vacuum pump and a refrigerated trap in a single, space saving instrument. This vacuum system can be used with concentrators, gel dryers and any operation requiring vacuum and solvent recovery, including the speedvac systems. The equipment is in good working condition.
