This lot is a Tolhurst 48 X 20 316L Stainless Steel Basket Centrifuge. This unit is a top unload unit. It will be sold with the inertion equipment. The model number of the unit is 1-B-1 Mark III. The drive is a removable belt drive with an explosion proof 7.5 hp motor. The capacity is 91 lbs./ft3. This unit is model number 1B1. The drive is a clutch driven with V belt. The centrifuge was rebuilt in 1992.

  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Merck - MMD - Rahway (Bldg 82 Factory 12), and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Merck - MMD - Rahway (Bldg 82 Factory 12)
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
