Equipment Description:

ASHLAND AUTOCHEM COOLING TOWER WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM.

FOR sale is an un-used ASHLAND Cooling Tower Water Treatment System.

This system is designed and used to introduce chemical agents to treat water in cooling towers for industrial processes.

Built to control and inject chemicals using dosing pumps into the water cooling system keeps the system free of bacteria or harmful agents, as well as corrosives.

Purchsed for use in an injection moulding company, but never installed due to bankruptcy. Includes a quantity of chemicals to get started. Additional chemical supplies are available from the manufacturer, Ashland Industries.

  4. It is agreed that JJSI, Montreal and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Montreal, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Montreal
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
