Lot of (12): 13,000 Gallon '304 SS' Single Wall Tanks. Purchased with the intent of using them to store diesel fuel. However the intended business shut down before the tanks could be utilized.

  2. General/product liability meets limits required for assets being purchased
  3. Worker’s compensation liability meets required limit
  4. It is agreed that JJSI, Pensacola and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, Pensacola, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and Pensacola
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
