You are making an offer on an Unused Harro Hofliger Blister / Wallet Packaging Machine. This machine is currently in storage in Germany.

  • Speeds up to 70 wallets per minute
  • Currently configured to run a tri-fold wallet
  • Vision system and Domino laser coder has been removed by the seller. The buyer will need to replace.

  • Machine was designed to operate as follows:
  • Designed to carton and seal thermoformed and coldformed blister cards along with their associated leflets into a tri-fold wallet.
  • Recieve and accumulate full blister cards
  • Dispense blank wallets
  • Inspect wallet blank for proper barcode
  • Feed individual blister card and glue on the blank
  • Verify the presence of the blister in the wallet
  • Dispence and place a pre-folded leaflet onto the blank wallet
  • Inspect the leaflet for proper barcode
  • Fold and seal the blank to form the wallet
  • Apply the patient reminder / calender label
  • Inspect the lael calender for the proper barcode
  • Fold and sel the wallet with removable glue
  • Print lot # and expiration date on the wallet
  • Inspect printed lot and expiration date for correctness
  • Reject any defective or incomplete wallets
