Equipment Description:

This item is a new in the box 2" Air Accuated Teflon On/Off Ball Valve made by Worchester, DURCO Atomac Valve Serial # 0501431, Max Temp 392 degF, PSIG 87. It has a Westlock Controls Corp. Solenoid Valve, #709N-MCK-3B. All Teflon piping with an air filter and drain. It has a Flowserve Automax Valve, Automation Systems #AOK28904-01-01-71. Tested and Certified by Control Visions by Pine Brook, NJ. It has a yellow open/closed beacon and a lock out pin.

  4. It is agreed that JJSI, New Brunswick and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, New Brunswick, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and New Brunswick
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
