You are making an offer on a Unused Lodige 900 Liter High Shear Mixer. This item is surplus to the ongoing operations of a manufacturing facility in . This and other lots from this location are now available because the facility needs to make room for manufacturing capacity. This lot is being sold "as is, where is." 1. If a scope of work for the removal is required for any of the listed equipment, the seller will review the scope of work for the removal of this equipment prior to the commencement of any work and the seller's approval of the scope of work will be a condition of the sale.
2.All removal services will be performed by Contractors which have been previously approved by seller.
3. Buyer is responsible for all removal costs including any costs pertaining to amendments of the original approved scope, if required.
4. Buyers will be required to review and sign the Seller's Surplus Sales Agreement, which will be provided for review upon request.
