This lot is being sold "as is, where is". We recommend that you contact an EquipNet sales representative to set up your own inspection. This item is located in Indiana.

  • Line was used to package a pre-filled diluent syringe, 2ml flip-top vial of lyopholized product and MixJect vial - syringe adapter into a pre-formed tray. There is also a placement station for either 1 or 2 alcohol pads and leaflet. The trays are then sealed, die cut and discharged.
  • The line was filling four pre-formed trays per index at a speed of 80 kits per minute.
  • The vial size the line is set up for is 2ml (O.D. of 17mm)
  • The syringe size that the line was running was 1-3ml
  • The line could run other sizes with the correct change parts or modification
  • Vial, syringe and adapter placement is preformed by Adept robotic assemblies
  • The line also has inkjet printers and barcode scanners.
  • Multiple vision systems are used to check vial, syringe, alcohol pad, literature and printing.
  • Automatic reject system on discharge for out of spec. product and packages
  • Syringes are supplied by belt conveyors that are loaded by operators
  • Vials are supplied by a bi-directional flood table
  • Vial adapters are supplied by a dual bowl vibratory feeder
  • Main machine base is painted with 'Steel-It' Epoxy Coating
  • The tray size the line was running was 160mm long x 70mm wide x 30mm deep
  • The pick and place robots are Adept Cobra 800 4-axis SCARA units
  • Tray material was 30mil PETG (30" OD x 19" wide) - Lidding material was Heat sealing Tyvek (18" OD x 13.438"wide)
  • Electrics: 480volt, 60hz, 3ph, 125 amp
  • Air requirement: 80 psi with a 1.5" incoming air line
