Equipment Description:

Zalkin CA4 360 NG Rotary Automated Capping machine and 2 off Alternative Cap Feeder systems, Left to Right motion, CE Rated
  • Item 1, Zalkin Capper is a Left to Right hand configured machine, which is capable of automatically screw pressure capping 2 types of plastic cap, at the production rate of 100 plastic Lotion bottles / minute.
  • The 200-500ml bottles which measure between 50-100mm diameter x 100- 170mm high, are fed into the machine via the 930mm high x 65mm wide side guided Inlet slat conveyor, to the infeed timing scroll, prior to to being capped under one of the 4 off Zalkin screw pressure capping heads. The good capped bottles being then discharged via the 930mm high x 65mm side guided Discharge slat conveyor. Reject bottles being discharged via the right angled side guided reject slat conveyor.
  • The S/s framed machine is fully guarded, with interlocked clear macralon doors, and includes a 1250mm long x 550mm wide x 650 mm high S/s framed / macralon Infeed Conveyor guard.
  • The machine is controlled by means of the overhead swinging cantilever supported mounted Operator Control panel, fitted with the Mac50 VDU unit, which is linked to the S/s side mounted main PLC Control Panel
  • The Zalkin Capper measures 2.75m long x 2.2m wide x 2.55m high, and weighs approx 1500 Kgs.
  • Items 2 & 3, 2 off Zalkin U 1000 Automated Cap Sorting / Feeding Machines, which each measure 900mm diameter x 250mm high, and are each rated to automatically feed upto 100 caps/minute, via their guided cap gravity feed shutes to the infeed of the Zalkin capping m/c.
  • The 2 off Sorter / Feeders are each dedicated to a certain size Cap, which they discharge into their gravity feed system at a height of 1900mm. However, this discharge height can altered by means of the Sorting / Feeder machine support / lifting system, from 1800 to 2000mm high.
  • Each Zalkin U 1000 Automated Cap Sorting / Feeding Machine, measures 1.3 x 1.2 x 2.45m high, and weighs approx 500 Kgs.
  • Item 4, Pallet of Zalkin CA4 360 NG Rotary Automated Capping machine changeparts, measures 1.2 x 0.8 x 0.6m high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
  • Item 5, Pallet with removed Infeed Guarding, measures 1.2 x 0.8 x 0.8m high, and weighs approx 300 Kgs.
  • Supplied with original OEM Manuals.
