Equipment Description:

Zanasi Nigris, BZ150 Rotary Capsule Filling Machine, 95,000 25mG Capsules per Hour, with Capsule Vacuum Feed System, which was originally capable of filling upto 120,000 25mG Capsules per hour.
  • The machine comes complete with the overhead stand supported multi-lane Capsule vacuum suction feeding system, which measures 800mm long x 300mm wide x 1200mm high, and weighs 50 kgs, mounted on a 1300mm high support stand.
  • The Capsule Filler is controlled by a stand alone pedestal type Control Panel, which measures 700mm wide x 550mm deep x 1120mm high, and weighs 200 kgs.
  • The Capsule Filling Head is 1050mm in diameter.
