Equipment Description:

340 HASKON Carton Filler,230/460 volt last filling cartons of milk
Haskon, Gable Top Carton Filler Form Fill & Seal model 340, stainless steel, composed of a carton former model 140 & a filler-sealer model 240X, fills & seals standard cross section paper cartons, for free flowing liquids in ½ pint to ½ gallon sizes, capacity 15 to 22 cartons per minute, gas top seal, 2 piece unit former is at right angle to filler, both sections are 31" wide x 76" tall former is 63" long & filler extends 81" the other way, L shape.

  4. It is agreed that JJSI, star pack solutions-cambridge and its affiliates are included as Additional Named Insureds
  5. Waiver of subrogation applies in favor of JJSI, star pack solutions-cambridge, and its affiliates with respects to General Liability, Product Liability and Workers Compensation where agreed to by contract prior to date of loss
  6. Policy is effective at time of transaction and should be valid for at least one year
  7. Certificate holder is JJSI and star pack solutions-cambridge
  8. Policy includes language that J&J will be notified upon cancellation or expiration
