Inova Syringe Filling Line
  • Line was running 1, 2 and 3ml syringes at a line speed of approx. 67 pieces per minute
  • 5 and 10ml syringes were running at a line speed of approx. 50 pieces per minute
  • Year of manufactuere varies between machinery from 2002 to 2005
  • The filler uses 2 x Piston type pumps for filling syringes.
  • There are different sizes for different fill volumes.
  • The pumps have ranges they work in, but have to go up or down a size depending upon how much larger the volume is
  • Accuracy

  • 0.2 – 0.6 mL: +/- 1.5%
  • 0.6 – 1.0 mL: +/- 1.0%
  • Larger than 1.0mL: +/- 0.5%
