The 5 or 10ml x 15mm diameter Syringes are manually loaded into the Flighted Belt Elevator hopper, which transfers them on demand one of 2 off automated Syringe Vibratory Bowl Feeder / Aligning units mounted in a stand alone machine, with syringe discharge linked to the front side mounted 900mm high Inova Syringe Filling Machine vibratory double lane infeed shute. This feeds the Syringes into the 26 pocket x 500mm diameter Filling Machine Inlet Turret.

Additionally, the Syringe Screw Tips, and the Syringe Rubber Plungers are also manually loaded into their respective Vibratory Bowl Feeder / Aligning units, which feed the Screw Tips by second dedicated rear RHS side mounted pair 900mm high Inova Syringe Filling Machine vibratory double lane infeed shute. The Plungers by a third dedicated rear LHS side mounted pair 900mm high Inova Syringe Filling Machine vibratory double lane infeed shute.

The Syringes held within the Filling Machine turret are first passed under an compressed air blow off station, prior to Silicon sealant being applied and the vibratory fed Screw Tips attached to the Syringes. The Syringes are then coveyed from the Screw tip insertion section of the machine via linking transfer sprockets under a macralon internal sealing partition to the Syringe filling section via a side mounted pair of pumped injection units.

After being filled the Syringes are transferred by the second 26 pocket 500mm diameter Filling M/c Turret, under the Rubber Plunger insertion and pressing unit, using the plungers that have been fed into the machine from their vibratory infeed shute.

The filled, plugged, and screw tipped Syringes then exit the Filling M/c via Single Discharge conveyor, fitted with a Auto Reject diversion facility into a container, at a discharge height of 900mm along a 600mm long guided vibratory dicharge conveyor, at the rate of upto 6,000 Syringes / hour.
