Equipment Description:

Please note: This equipment is currently in storage and not located at its original location.

Marchesini MF 910 Mini Auto Bundler Overwrapping Machine, Item 1.
  • This machine takes in the individual 23 x 23 x 70mm long cartons, and bundles them into 2 high x 5 long bundles, prior to overwrapping the 115 long x 70mm wide x 46mm high packs of 10.
  • The overwrapped bundles are then passed between the heated vertical discharge side conveyors, which are 700mm long x 150mm high, and set 70mm apart, prior to the end sealed overwrapped bundles passing out of the machine onto the Manual Case Packing table.
  • The 150mm wide overwrapping film is fed from a front bottom mounted 200mm diameter feed reel, with a 50mm inside bobbin diameter. This overwrap feeder can accept reels upto 400mm wide x 300mm diameter.
  • The Overwrap heat sealing systems are controlled by 3 sets of Heater Controllers, and the Machine is controlled by a cantilever supported Siemens Simatic Operator Interface VDU Control Panel, linked to rear in built main Machine Control Panel.
  • The machine measures 2.7 x 1.4 x 2m high, and weighs 1100 Kgs.
  • The Bundler / Overwrapping M/c is fed with the cartonned product by means of a Declining Infeed Belt Conveyor, Item 2, which is driven by a 0.37Kw Drive, and fitted with a 250mm wide gripper belt, and overhead 25mm high sideguides, set 74mm apart. The conveyor is 550mm long x 400mm wide and declines from a height of 900 to 620mm height.
