The working capacity is 110.02 Cubic Feet with a total capacity of 289.55 Cubic Feet

The internal vaccum pump that supports this is not available.

Glycol is the used cooling heating medium.

Temp controlled module is not included either.

Motor and Drive are included. Motor is 25 HP, 3 phase, 60hz, 460V.

The A frame supports for the dryer have different height requirements, additional engineering and construction work is needed for it to be aligned on the same plane.

This equipment is a custom-engineered, octagonal jacketed process vessel.

It is designed primarily as a low-pressure thermal holding tank or static process receiver for chemical, pharmaceutical, or specialized food processing applications.

Vessel MAWP: 14.9 Psi / Full Vacuum at 400°F.

Vessel MDMT: -4F at 14.9psi.

Jacket MAWP: 80 Psi at 400°F.

Jacket MDMT: -4F at 80psi.

All internal vessel surfaces, including gasket seats and covers are glass lined color light Blu Type Sigma Glass.

Glass lining thickness: 0.032-0.087 inches.

Safety & Compliance Certified: Fully built to ASME Section VIII Division 1 design code and certified by LR Insurance (Lloyd's Register), ensuring seamless regulatory integration for the buyer.

Faceted Octagonal Geometry: Unlike conventional cylindrical process tanks, this vessel features a multi-faceted, eight-sided main shell body measuring 3'-2" across the flat walls and 3'-4" on the straight side.

Thermal Control Jacket: The inner process chamber is completely enclosed by a standard external utility jacket (with a uniform 2-inch stand-off gap).

This jacket allows for targeted heating or cooling using low-pressure steam, hot water, or glycol.

Static (Non-Agitated) Design: The vessel operates without any internal mechanical agitation.

The top head contains process nozzles but completely lacks the structural reinforcing pad, motor mounting flanges, internal shafting, or wall baffles required for a mixer.
