Mandotti 1600 Semi Automatic Slitter and Slitting System
Material to converted: Masking tape - BOPP - EPVC.
Features of jumbo - rolls to be converted: Max width trims included 1620 mm. Min width 1000 mm. Max diameter 750 mm. Inside diameter 3 in and 6 in. type of tube carton.
Finished roll widths: Requested widths 48 mm.
Finished roll max diameter: 190 mm.
Type of cores: Material Cardboard. Min thickness 2.5 mm. Inside diameter 3 in. Tolerance on the inside diameter +-0.1 mm.
Slitting system: By razor - blades.
Speed: Mechanical speed 250 m/min. The production speed depends on the quality of the jumbo-roll as well as on the type of the material.
Output capacity: In the jumbo roll quality allows it, the following production time can be achieve 50 m rolls = 36 seconds approx.
