MACHINE BASIC INFORMATION

o Two different types of bonding systems are used: Ultrasonic and Thermo-bonding.
o Ultrasonic bonding (Herrmann Micro-bond SMR) is used in combining shirring spandex
with nonwoven and in bonding waist edge spandex.
o The barrier (Cuff) and TS-Nonwoven are combined by using thermo-bonding.

o There are four Matrix Cube brand Spandex unwinders. It is used in the inner barrier,
outer barrier, shirring, and waist areas.

o Inner back-sheet raw material is used by laminating with glue.
