Alpma DSP Purification Unit

The system consists of two (2) 600 L tanks and one (1) 250 L tank, all equipped with agitation and designed to operate with a low minimum working volume.

Highly functional, movable skid designed for multi-product purification of biotech products. The system is equipped with temperature and pH control, and features a versatile fluid handling configuration allowing transfer and circulation between tanks, homogenizer, centrifuge, and TFF skids. Fully automated and capable of CIP (Clean-in-Place) operation.

Associated with ProLeiT SCADA process automation platform for phase and recipe control (S88 standard). Used for automated operation of USP and DSP process systems.

International buyers are responsible for hiring, by their own expenses, a trading company. This trading company is a Brazilian legal entity, duly registered with CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities) and RADAR (Registry and records of customs and customs-related agents).

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
