Equipment Description
Agilent Technologies G1364E 1260 Infinity II Fraction Collector. The rear identification plate reads Product No. G1364E, Serial No. DEAGP00646, Manufactured by Agilent Technologies, Waldbronn, Germany, and carries CE, UKCA, EAC, CSA and RCM marks along with a 2021-12-14 manufacturing date. The front module label inside the collector compartment reads 1260 FC-PS, identifying this unit as the preparative-scale (FC-PS) version of the InfinityLab fraction collector. The module is the fraction-collection unit of an Agilent InfinityLab LC purification stack. Per Agilent's published data for the preparative-scale fraction collector, it is intended for semipreparative purification of milligram to low gram quantities at typical flow rates of roughly 4 to 100 mL/min, supports time-, peak-, volume- and threshold-based collection modes as well as mass-triggered collection with a compatible trigger source, and accepts SBS microplates and several tube and vial formats in interchangeable trays. Up to three collectors can be clustered to increase fraction capacity. A built-in fraction delay sensor supports automated delay calibration. The rating plate lists 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz single-phase operation at 200 VA. Photo 2 shows the collector with the front door open and one black tray installed in the transport area, with the needle/gripper assembly and X-Y drive rails visible; photo 3 shows the rear panel with USB, LAN, CAN, analog and REMOTE connections and the IEC power inlet. Two capillary fittings are attached at the top inlet area in photo 1. The unit is a benchtop module sitting loose on a laboratory bench, with a property asset tag from the seller's facility on the front cover. No power-on test, hours of use or service history was recorded by the field representative, and no power cord, trays beyond the one shown, tubing kits or documentation are confirmed as included beyond what appears in the photos.
