Equipment Description
The BAUSCH Advanced Technology Group Type 529 is a semi-automatic filling and closing machine built for flexible bags, used in pharmaceutical and medical device production for infusions, parenteral drugs and similar sterile fluids. The unit is of stainless steel construction with an operator-facing color touchscreen HMI, an emergency stop, a pneumatically actuated fill/seal head and a sealing station, and it can be run as a stand-alone bench unit or integrated into a larger line. Per the manufacturer's published data, the Type 529 platform processes EVA, PVC and PP bag types with fill volumes from 50 mL up to 5 L. The machine nameplate reads Type 529, Serial No. 529046, Year 2022, Weight 90 kg, Power Supply 1 x 110V 60Hz 1.8 kW, Bausch Advanced Tech., Inc., 115 Nod Road, Clinton, CT. Visible on the unit are a Festo pneumatic valve manifold and air preparation assembly, product tubing connections with sanitary fittings, a pinch-point warning label and an electrical hazard label, plus flexible conduit and cabling. The asset is presented as photographed: stretch-wrapped on a wooden pallet together with a stainless work surface and an electrical cabinet tagged by the seller as belonging to this asset. The photos do not show the machine running, and no operating hours, service history or performance testing information is available. The unit should be inspected to confirm that all change parts, format tooling and cabling needed for a given bag format are present.
