Equipment Description
Bausch Advanced Technology Group Type 529 is a stainless steel processing machine built in 2022 by Bausch Advanced Technology Inc. of Clinton, CT, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical and medical device processing and packaging machinery. The unit consists of a compact stainless steel process module and a separate stainless steel electrical control cabinet; a label on the cabinet reads "ELECTRICAL CABINET FOR ASSET 116414 / MUST BE PAIRED WITH 529047," matching the machine serial number, so the two components belong together. The machine nameplate lists Type 529, Serial No. 529047, Year 2022, a machine weight of 90 kg, and a power supply of 1 x 110 V, 60 Hz, 1.8 kW (single phase). Control is through an Allen-Bradley PanelView Plus color touchscreen HMI mounted in a stainless enclosure on the side of the process module, with illuminated red emergency stop buttons at both ends and a push button station. The control cabinet carries a yellow/red lockable main disconnect, Festo pneumatic regulator, filter and digital pressure sensor assembly on its face, and multi-pin industrial quick-disconnect connectors; liquid-tight flexible conduit and pneumatic tubing run between the cabinet and the machine. Visible on the process module are a sanitary clamp-style port and fitting on the top deck, adjustable tooling and clamp fixtures with knurled adjusters, a motor-driven head with a white polymer housing on one end, and electrical hazard and pinch-point warning labels. Construction throughout is stainless steel with bolted panel covers. The photographs show the process module and its electrical cabinet resting together on a wooden pallet in a warehouse, with a carrier packing list attached to the cabinet. No operating hours, power-up test or service history was recorded by the field representative, and no accessories beyond the paired electrical cabinet and its interconnect cabling are shown.
