Equipment Description
Baxter Repeater Pharmacy Pump, part number H938 099, is a benchtop peristaltic fluid transfer and filling pump used in pharmacy compounding and admixture operations. It transfers and dispenses measured volumes into syringes, bags, bottles and vials using disposable Repeater pump tube sets, so the fluid path stays within the single-use set and never contacts the pump itself. The manufacturer rates the pump for volume entry from 0.2 mL to 9,999 mL (accuracy +/-10% at the low end) with water flow rates to approximately 13.5 mL per second using a 16G needle.

The nameplate on the right side reads PART NO: H938 099, SERIAL NO: PL0008300, manufacturing date 2019-01-04, VOLTS 120, Hz 60, VA 200, UL listed as laboratory equipment. Shown with an IEC power cord and a foot control pedal photographed alongside the pump. A facility tag on the front reads Central Admixture Pharmacy Services, OUT OF SERVICE, Calibrate Before Use, ID# 113371, dated Nov 13, 2024, and an earlier orange Calibrated At Time Of Use tag on the side is dated Jan 13, 2020. The pump was not observed running; function, calibration and the exact tube sets or accessories included should be confirmed with the seller.
