Carrier AERO 39MN30W025BGQ22XGE indoor semi-custom central station air handling unit, serial 2318U35852, marked for AHU-6,16 at a medical device manufacturing facility. The Carrier 39M series is a double-wall, sealed-panel modular air handler used to filter, condition and distribute air in commercial and controlled manufacturing environments; the size 30W cabinet is nominally rated at roughly 15,000 CFM per Carrier's published 39M physical data. The unit nameplate (photo 5) identifies a blow-thru supply fan section with two 10 HP, 1800 RPM motors on a 460 V / 3 phase / 60 Hz supply, FLA/MCA/MOCP of 12.5/15.6/25 each and a maximum continuous draw of 31.0 amps. Listed components are fan 39MBM9KVB18704TCCK, motor 93MS0925BA300X0XSB and VFD 93VFMJH09D23JBXXCX, along with a blow-thru plenum section. A second nameplate photographed on the same AHU-6,16 assembly (photo 6, model 39MN30W025BGQ12XGE, serial 2318U35835) covers the mating section: mixing box, flat filter bank with (10) 20x24 pre-filters and (10) 20x24 main filters, and a hot water coil and plenum rated 300 psig maximum at 200 F, coil 28MHV232HAA092BLNC. Photos show the unit mounted on a galvanized base rail on the floor, with an Eaton 60 A / 600 V heavy duty safety switch, a wall-mounted ABB HVAC variable frequency drive with keypad and local disconnect, a control enclosure, insulated hydronic piping with copper drain/vent lines and connected ductwork including a silencer and downstream terminal box. Cabinet access doors, coil section and filter section are intact and the unit carries ETL/ANSI-UL 1995 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 236 listing labels. The unit is currently installed and in service as part of the building's HVAC system; it is ducted, piped and hardwired and will require trade disconnection and rigging to remove. Overall footprint as entered on the listing is 216 in long x 96 in wide x 84 in high, approximately 4,500 lbs.
