Equipment Description
Darwin Chambers Company model LAB-G1NN-16X21 walk-in incubator chamber, serial number 08186285A. The unit is a panel-built, floored walk-in environmental room used for controlled-temperature incubation and storage of laboratory and pharmacy materials. The room as installed is identified on its door placard as a 20-25 degrees C incubator (facility asset ID 112249). The chamber is built from insulated metal panels with a solid swing door fitted with three cam-lift hinges, a latching handle with safety release, and a door frame heater/sweep. Temperature is managed by a ceiling-mounted evaporator/air handler with multi-fan coil and condensate drain, with the condensing section served from outside the room. Interior lighting is provided by four vapor-tight fluorescent fixtures. The interior is finished in white panel with a smooth gray floor, with no shelving or racking shown in the photographs. Controls are housed in a stainless steel wall-mounted cabinet outside the door containing a digital temperature controller, alarm acknowledge push button, lit compressor indicator and two auxiliary control buttons. The nameplate inside the control enclosure lists 120 volts, 1 phase, 60 Hz operation on a 20 amp dedicated circuit, and the enclosure carries a CSA U.S. Field Evaluation label. An external Vaisala wireless temperature logger is mounted next to the panel. At the time of the site visit the control panel was energized, with the digital display reading 22.6 degrees C and the compressor indicator illuminated. Overall dimensions recorded for the listing are approximately 192 in long x 108 in wide x 102 in high. As a built-in walk-in room, the chamber requires disconnection and panel disassembly by qualified trades before removal.

Powers On Explanations
