Equipment Description
Frigidaire FFU21M7HWM upright freezer, a free-standing 20.7 cu ft manual-defrost unit with a single solid reversible door. The cabinet is a white painted steel exterior with a molded interior liner, mechanical dial temperature control and a front lower grille with an indicator light, and it operates at a typical household-freezer setting of about 0 degrees F. Interior storage is arranged over multiple full-width wire shelves plus door bins and a wire basket in the door, giving flexible layout for bagged samples, tubes and boxes. The unit is rated 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 5.0 amps, single phase from the data plate, uses R134A refrigerant (6.7 oz charge) and is labeled for free-standing installation only, so it simply plugs into a standard outlet. The photos of this unit show it in service in a biopharmaceutical laboratory: the lower-grille indicator light is lit and the interior light is on with the freezer fully loaded with labeled sample bags and vials, so the unit is powering on and cooling at the time of the visit. Some frost build-up is visible on the shelves, consistent with a manual-defrost design. The exterior carries laboratory identification and biohazard labels and the cabinet shows normal use wear. No accessories beyond the factory shelving and door bins are shown, and the contents seen in the photos are not included.

Powers On Explanations

Lower-grille indicator light is lit in photo 2 and the interior light is on with frozen product and frost visible in photo 3.
