Equipment Description
Lot of AAF International MEGAcel II ME HEPA/ULPA panel filters together with Ecolab Bioquell catalytic carbon filters, packed on a single pallet. The MEGAcel II ME is a mini-pleat panel filter built on AAF's ePTFE membrane media, used in cleanroom ceiling grids, laminar flow units, isolators and other critical-air applications where very low initial pressure drop and high chemical resistance are required. The filter labels in the photos identify part number 1295112346, style code M215-04000650069-L-G8S4-S2G3ZZ, nominal size 400 x 650 x 69 mm, class U15 to EN1822, tested efficiency 99.99967% (companion units labeled 99.99981% and 99.99991%), initial resistance 51 Pa at a test velocity of 0.45 m/s. Units are labeled serial numbers in the 398883-x series, batch M398883, dated 26-06-25, made in Latvia. Cartons are marked 4x per box. Per the manufacturer's published data, MEGAcel II ME uses ePTFE media with thermoplastic hot-melt separators in an anodized aluminum frame and is boron-free. Also included are Ecolab Bioquell catalytic carbon filters, part number TD066-5000, with a factory qualification test certificate (serial 202505HH28700, media batch 223663) packed with the filter. These carbon elements are used to catalytically break down hydrogen peroxide vapor during bio-decontamination aeration. The filters are shown sealed in factory polybags with desiccant inside their original AAF and PBSC-taped cartons, with test certificates and validation labels still attached; one carton has been opened for inspection. Quantity on the pallet is not fully established from the photos - the specialist should confirm the exact count of HEPA/ULPA and carbon elements before listing.
