Equipment Description
Lot of four Barnstead/Thermolyne Labquake-style benchtop tube rotators (shaker/rotisserie units) used for gentle end-over-end mixing of tubes. The Labquake rotates samples through a full 360 degrees at a fixed low speed of approximately 8 rpm, and in shaker/rocking mode provides oscillating reversals, making it suitable for mixing blood samples, hybridization and bead-based assays, preparing homogeneous dispersions, and liquid-liquid extractions.

The units carry white powder-coated side frames with stainless steel clip bars and spring tube clips; the clip bars accept a range of round tube sizes and can be loaded on both the upper and lower decks. Nameplates in the photos read Barnstead International model 400110 (S/N 1833080450322), Barnstead International model C415110 (S/N 1834080720609) and Thermo Scientific model 415110 (S/N 1834091241378), all rated 120 volts, 60 Hz, 0.1 amp, single phase. One unit is a Dynal Biotech branded rotator (ATR Inc. model RKDYNAL, part 10102, S/N 1004-3759) with a digital speed display, a variable speed knob and its own plug-in power supply.

Two of the rotators are driven by the separate black Barnstead/Thermolyne Labquake control boxes with rocker on/off switches shown in the photos; power cords and the small enercell adapter for the Dynal unit are visible. The units are benchtop instruments sitting loose on a laboratory bench, hand-carryable, and show hand-written department markings ("IN VIVO", "PHARMACOLOGY") and asset labels on the frames. Condition was not documented beyond the photographs; operation has not been verified.
