Payment Methods: Our payment instructions can be found at the bottom of your invoice. Acceptable payment Methods include credit card with a max of $10,000 USD (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx), otherwise Wire Transfer ONLY. EquipNet DOES NOT accept checks, PayPal or PO's as payment.

Popcorn Bidding: If there are any bids within 5 minutes of the close of the auction, the close time for that specific item will be extended in 5 minute increments until there are no bids by the end of the following 5 minute block. There is no limit to the number of times an auction can be extended. Therefore, EquipNet, Inc. recommends that you check back often as an auction nears closing time.
For example: If listing 1234 receives a bid at 4:56pm on Friday (4 minutes before the close of the auction), the close time for that particular lot will be extended to 5:05pm. If that lot receives another bid at 5:04pm, the close time is extended to 5:10pm. If there are no more bids between 5:05pm and 5:10pm, the lot will close at 5:10pm.
Shipping & Removal: Removal & Loading fees are also noted where provided by the vendors. Please see item description for more details. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the removal, packing, shipping, and/or insurance, as required, on items won at the Auction. All items must be removed within the specified removal period or shall be deemed abandoned and resold by EquipNet, Inc.
Please be sure to read the Listing description carefully as ALL items sold are subject to a handling fee. Costs may be provided by Seller provided/approved vendors for on-site removals. EquipNet loading charges are figured using industry recognized box & pallet size calculations and as well as the weight of the purchased items. As such, oversized (extra wide/ long or excessively heavy items) may be designated as custom; and will be priced accordingly on the listing. - All auction equipment is subject to internal redeployment, cancellation of listing, or other sale prior to formal acceptance of an auction bid by the seller.
- All bids are binding. Once bids are submitted you cannot remove or modify them, although you can place additional bids. If you make a mistake in your bid, please call our hotline and a Sales Representative will assist you.

- Handling Fees: are noted where provided by the vendors. Please see item description for more details. This is the cost to get the item from its location to an area where it can safely be loaded (unless otherwise noted). Packaging and Shipping are additional and can be provided once your equipment invoice has been paid.
- Auctioneer has ownership or financial relationships with companies that may be participating in the auction to purchase and take ownership of an item. - Taxes / VAT: Sales tax may be applied to your purchase, depending on your state and exemption status. If no sales tax is applied to your order, check your state's sales and use tax requirements as you may be required to self-assess any tax required.
- Your invoices are sent via email initially and can also be viewed from the My EquipNet section of the website. Our payment instructions can be found at the bottom of your invoice. - All items must be removed within the specified removal period or shall be deemed abandoned and resold by EquipNet, Inc. All quotes must be obtained after the auction has concluded and the item(s) have been paid for. Abandoning items can result in being banned from future bidding.
