Equipment Description
SCIEX QTRAP 6500+ LC/MS/MS system with an ExionLC AD HPLC front end, configured as a complete benchtop liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry workstation. The mass spectrometer is a hybrid triple quadrupole / linear ion trap (QTRAP) platform used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of small molecules, peptides and biologics, supporting MRM, MRM3, product ion, precursor ion, neutral loss and enhanced ion trap scan modes. The nameplate reads ASSY. No. 5060745, REF QTRAP 6500+, SN DY252361904, Rev G, manufactured in Singapore and bearing CE, CSA C/US and RCM marks. The instrument is fitted with a SCIEX IonDrive Turbo V ion source (REF 5053815 D, SN 20844190412) and is backed by its bench-mounted rotary roughing pump, which sits alongside the analyzer. The chromatography side is a SCIEX ExionLC AD stack comprising two ExionLC AD Pumps (Cat. No. 5036653, one SN AB3AD5772517, 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz, 150 VA each), an ExionLC Degasser (Cat. No. 5036646, SN ABDG55772043), an ExionLC AD Multiplate Sampler (Cat. No. 5036655, SN ABAMP5770222, 550 VA), an ExionLC Controller (Cat. No. 5036643, SN ABCBM5771868, 400 VA), an ExionLC AC Column Oven - 120 V (Cat. No. 5036659, SN AB2CT5750244, 600 VA) and an ExionLC Reservoir Tray (Cat. No. 5036645). Module manufacturing dates on the labels run from March to April 2019. The system is shown installed on a laboratory bench in a biopharmaceutical facility, plumbed with solvent lines and source gas and connected to a workstation. The green status indicator on the ExionLC Controller is illuminated in the photographs, showing the LC stack was energized at the time of inspection. Condition beyond what the photographs show, software, computer, columns and consumables are not documented here and should be confirmed with the seller.
