Equipment Description

This filling machine is designed for continuous bottle filling and closing, offering robust and reliable performance. It works seamlessly with various types of closures and finds widespread use in pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, and medical device manufacturing. It was recently serviced and in fully working condition. Originally used for essential oils but can be fitted to all needs.

Suitable for filling and closing of stable bottles of glass and plastics for containers up to 55mm and height of 310mm. Can be set for stopper insertion or Screw-capping.

We purchased in 2021 and had configured to our needs but never implemented into production. The Bausch+Strobel technicians were hired to come service and set up this machine and determined it was fully functional and ready for filling/caping. Originally it was used for essential oils (from previous owner). Can be configured for any need.

Includes a CVC 3000 labeler that can be connected for a seamless operation.
