Baxter Repeater Pharmacy Pump

Baxter Repeater Pharmacy Pump (part no. H938 099), a benchtop peristaltic fluid transfer pump used in pharmacy admixture and compounding operations to perform repeated, automated transfers of sterile fluids from a source container into bags, bottles, syringes or vials. The pump operates with a disposable Repeater pump transfer set that loads behind the hinged front door; an interlock label on the door states the door must be closed for the pump to run. The membrane control panel includes a three-field display showing Volume (mL), Units Filled and Seconds/Interval, a numeric keypad with decimal and C/CE keys, Volume (Source Volume) and Adjust keys, Low/Med/High speed selection, Drawback (Memory Store), Reverse (Memory Recall), Interval (Function), Clear Units Filled (Preset Quantity) and a Start/Stop key. The nameplate on the rear housing reads Baxter Healthcare Corporation, Part No. H938 099, Serial No. PL0006392, date 2018-07-25, 120 volts, 60 Hz, 200 VA, UL listed laboratory equipment. The rear panel carries the IEC power inlet, rocker power switch and a fuse holder with fuse-replacement and disconnect-before-servicing labels. The unit is shown as a free-standing benchtop instrument on a warehouse rack, with the cream-colored housing, hinged door and a foam-wrapped rear tray/shelf in place. No power cord, transfer sets or other accessories are shown in the photographs, and no operating or service history was recorded at the time of inspection.
