Beckman Coulter Optima L-90K Ultracentrifuge

The Beckman Coulter Optima L-90K is a floor-standing, refrigerated preparative ultracentrifuge used in biopharmaceutical and life science laboratories for density gradient separations, virus and vesicle purification, subcellular fractionation and pelleting of macromolecules. It operates under vacuum with refrigerated temperature control and accepts the full range of Beckman Type, Ti fixed angle and SW swinging bucket rotors, with a maximum speed of 90,000 rpm depending on the rotor fitted.
