The bucket centrifuge can generate basic data in support of selection, modeling, scale-up, optimization, and fundamental understanding of centrifugation processes supporting new process and product development.

The test equipment can be used to troubleshoot existing operations and design where applications of known technologies may be inadequate.

The bucket centrifuge can also be used to develop a fundamental understanding of the isolation process so that plants can be designed from appropriate basic data minimizing investment in solid/liquid separation facilities.

New investments can be selected with a minimum of risk; existing investment can be optimized with less effort and less field experimentation affecting product.

This is a Laboratory Bucket Centrifuge which allows lab-scale simulation of larger-scale centrifuge separation processes.

The unit is capable of providing basic data in dewatering, sedimentation and washing.
