Equipment Description
This sight control unit is for controlling ampoules by transparency. With this optical checking apparatus it is possible to make visible not only foreign matters which are in the liquid such as dust particles, glass fragments, etc. but also damages such as hair cracks.

MAIN FEATURES:
The ampoules to control are set on the feed groove. An insertion roller guides them into the conveying rake. They are then carried to the control unit and finally to the push-out unit. In front of the sight field the ampoules at a time are set to rotation. The rotating movement for the control can be repeated as often as necessary. The ampoules considered faulty will get assorted automatically in the reject box, while those considered good in the outlet box. The real output depends on the time of control, the size of the object and the repetition of the control operation.
