Equipment Description

Horizontal intermittent motion cartoning machine, designed for inserting products into cartons, with automatic opening, forming, and closing cycle. The CAM AV 65 is a semi-automatic horizontal cartoner, designed for secondary packaging in cartons with manual product loading by the operator. The machine automatically manages the opening, forming, and closing phases of the carton. MANAGEABLE DIMENSIONS: Width: from approx. 15 mm to 110 mm; Depth: from approx. 15 mm to 70 mm; Length: from approx. 50 mm up to 180 mm. Teflon coating of all parts in contact with the carton, to improve sliding and reduce friction/wear. Polycarbonate protections on the main moving areas, except for the manual product loading zone. “CE”. Production speed variable from approx. 10 up to ~60 cartons/min. Overhauled in 2019.

The trading company legal entity will acquire the equipment from the Brazilian seller, pay the seller in local currency, and receive the related invoice from the seller in the name of their Brazilian legal entity. After this process, the ownership will then be transferred to the trading company who will be responsible for export and assistance during the customs clearance process.
